Hannah Madsen – Producer/Director

Angel Sharp was set up in 2002 by Hannah as a way of combining her experience and expertise in one media company.

Hannah's main focus is film producing and video journalism, but she has previously worked in the design department at Oxford University Press, as a photography assistant to Richard Burbridge in New York, a network engineer for the dotcom ADC in Menlo Park, and directed and produced professional theatre productions in Oxford and Edinburgh.

Daniel Nils Roberts – Assistant Producer/Editor

Artist, Animator and Script writer, Daniel trained in-house with Angel Sharp mEdia to become an assistant Producer and Editor. He Previously Studied English Literature at Oxford and Art at Åsane FolkehOgskole.

Alice Berkeley – Videographer

Having graduated from Ravensbourne with a foundation degree in broadcast operations and production, Alice now specialises in producing documentaries, outside broadcasts and shorts.

Notable projects include BBC documentary series Classic Britannia, BBC Manchester passion and Liverpool Nativity, and DOP on A Blue Note.

Tom Wilkinson – Editor/Journalist

Formerly the Western Europe Editor at Oxford Analytica, Tom specialises in economic and political journalism – he was the editor for the publications 'The Political Economist' and the 'World Next Week'.

He's a whizz with words and writes scripts, narration, news articles and production briefs. He initially trained on 16mm Film but is now a convert to Final Cut Pro, on which he has edited 300 films to date for Angel Sharp Media.

Laila Cassim – Designer/Assistant Producer

Graduate of Edinburgh College of Art and Tokyo University of the Arts in Visual Communication Design, Laila is a specialist in print/editorial design, and inclusive design. She uses the importance of process to create simple designs with clarity and usability. Laila is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Karen Thorsen Hamer - Graphic Designer

Karen graduated from Falmouth College of Arts with an honours degree in graphic design.

She is an awarded member of the International Society of Typographic Designers with an eye for inspirational design.

She has worked as a senior designer in the publishing industry including Oxford University Press where she met Hannah.
